About the position

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for implementing and managing digital marketing strategies that engage various sectors within the entertainment industry. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing platforms, lifecycle marketing, and the ability to strategically map user journeys to enhance customer engagement and retention.

Responsibilities

  • Initiate and administer advanced digital marketing strategies via platforms such as Meta, Google, Instagram, LinkedIn, and PPC campaigns.
  • Harness Salesforce Marketing Cloud's power for orchestrating and overseeing email marketing initiatives, automation protocols, and multi-stage lifecycle paths.
  • Measure the effectiveness of digital campaigns, delivering routine reports with insights and concrete steps to enhance lifecycle stage optimization.
  • Formulate and implement segmented lifecycle marketing campaigns focusing on customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and re-engagement.
  • Keep pace with evolving trends and exemplary practices in lifecycle marketing, particularly in the music product sector.
  • Scrutinize digital user patterns to match critical customer lifecycle stages, ensuring content and communication cater to audience segment needs.
  • Uphold consistency with the brand's voice, guidelines, and target audience strategies across all digital mediums.
  • Strengthen alignment between broader organizational goals and digital marketing initiatives by fostering cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) is essential.
  • Demonstrated expertise in PPC (Pay Per Click) and PPC Campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of the customer journey and customer lifecycle.
  • Experience in Lifecycle Marketing is necessary.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide evidence-based recommendations.
  • Strong knowledge of current digital marketing trends and techniques.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
