About the position

The Digital Marketing Manager at SeeBeyond Medicine is responsible for enhancing the company's online presence and brand engagement through various digital channels. This role involves managing social media strategies, email marketing campaigns, influencer partnerships, and website content to create impactful digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a mix of creativity and analytical skills, with a strong focus on both strategic planning and hands-on execution.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and oversee social media strategy across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Plan, create, and schedule engaging posts to grow social media presence and brand awareness
  • Monitor engagement metrics, analyze performance, and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Manage paid social media campaigns, including boosting posts to reach target audiences
  • Design, create, and manage email marketing campaigns to engage, inform, and drive conversion
  • Segment audience lists, personalize content, and perform A/B testing to optimize performance
  • Track email metrics and generate reports on open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates
  • Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers to expand brand reach and drive engagement
  • Negotiate partnerships, develop influencer briefs, and monitor campaign performance
  • Build and maintain relationships with key influencers to foster ongoing partnerships
  • Ensure website content is current, accurate, and aligned with brand messaging
  • Collaborate with design and development teams to implement changes and optimize user experience
  • Coordinate product updates, promotional content, and seasonal campaigns on the site
  • Track, analyze, and report on key metrics across all digital channels
  • Provide actionable insights to enhance marketing strategies, drive growth, and improve performance
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging digital marketing tools and techniques

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in marketing
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Canva for graphic design
  • Experience with WordPress for website management
  • Strong social media management skills
  • Analytical skills for performance analysis
  • Experience with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics
  • Video editing skills

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with video editing tools (Capcut, iMovie, Veed, etc.)
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices
  • Prior experience with influencer marketing outreach and campaigns
  • Proficiency in email marketing software
