Woodinville Whiskey Co. is on the lookout for a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in driving our digital initiatives across various platforms, aimed at enhancing brand visibility, engaging customers, and ultimately driving sales. The Digital Marketing Manager will report directly to the Marketing Director and will play a crucial role in executing the marketing plan with a strong focus on digital and e-commerce strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of digital marketing strategies, e-commerce management, and social media platforms, ensuring that our brand continues to thrive in the competitive spirits market. In this position, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that increase brand awareness and engagement. You will monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries, and manage online community interactions to foster a positive brand image. Additionally, you will assist in managing direct-to-consumer (DTC) and third-party e-commerce platforms, ensuring seamless operations and customer satisfaction on our Speakeasy platform. Your role will also encompass email marketing, where you will develop and execute campaigns designed to engage customers and drive conversions. Analyzing campaign performance and optimizing strategies for maximum effectiveness will be key to your success. You will create and manage online gifting programs and promotions to enhance customer experience and drive sales. Digital optimization will be another critical aspect of your responsibilities, as you implement strategies to enhance user experience across digital channels, including our website and mobile apps. You will assist in monitoring and managing customer reviews and feedback, implementing strategies to improve our online reputation and customer satisfaction. Furthermore, you will create and manage digital point-of-sale materials and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support commercial objectives through digital programming initiatives. Finally, you will work closely with sales teams to develop digital marketing materials and programs that support trade initiatives, while also assisting in managing brand boards and marketing resource management systems. Responsibilities

  • Support the Marketing Director in the execution of the marketing plan with a concentration on digital and e-commerce.
  • Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries, and manage online community interactions.
  • Assist in managing DTC and third-party e-commerce platforms and online storefronts.
  • Support the management of the company's Speakeasy platform, ensuring seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to engage customers and drive conversions.
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies for maximum effectiveness.
  • Create and manage online gifting programs and promotions to drive sales and enhance customer experience.
  • Implement strategies to optimize digital channels, including website, mobile apps, and online advertising, to enhance user experience and drive conversions.
  • Assist in monitoring and managing customer reviews and feedback across various online platforms.
  • Implement strategies to improve online reputation and customer satisfaction.
  • Create and manage digital POS materials such as banners, in-store promotional materials, and digital assets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement digital programming initiatives to support commercial objectives.
  • Work closely with sales teams to develop digital marketing materials and programs to support trade initiatives.
  • Assist in managing brand boards, marketing resource management (RMM) systems, and marketing summits.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the spirits or beverage industry.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on e-commerce, email marketing, and social media.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive insights and optimize strategies.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and website optimization techniques.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms.
  • Experience with CRM systems and email marketing automation tools.
