About the position

The Digital Marketing Manager (DMM) at BatchLeadsPlus is responsible for overseeing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to drive leads in the real estate investing sector. This role combines expertise in Google AdWords and digital marketing strategies to ensure effective ad campaigns while providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. The DMM will report on campaign performance and collaborate with various internal teams to align marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of digital marketing campaigns, including budget management, ad creatives, ad copy, audience segmentation, and bid strategies.
  • Oversee paid media campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and YouTube.
  • Track, measure, and analyze the performance of all digital marketing campaigns using tools such as Adwords, Amplitude, and GA4.
  • Provide detailed reports on campaign performance, including insights and recommendations for improvement based on data analytics.
  • Create and manage effective lead-generation campaigns that drive qualified traffic and increase conversions for real estate investors.
  • Optimize landing pages, forms, and user experiences to maximize conversion rates.
  • Manage SEM campaigns and optimize for key performance indicators (KPIs) like cost per click (CPC), click-through rate (CTR), cost-per-acquisition (CPA), and lead conversion rates.
  • Keep up-to-date with emerging trends, technologies, and digital marketing tools to stay competitive in the rapidly changing digital landscape.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams (sales, creative, leadership) to ensure cohesive marketing strategies.
  • Manage relationships with customers, internal stakeholders, and platforms for paid media campaigns and other digital marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
  • 4-5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the advertising space.
  • Strong working knowledge of paid media platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.), and social media advertising.
  • Strong writing skills.
  • Knowledge of real estate investing is a plus.
  • Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Amplitude, etc.).
  • Demonstrated success in running lead-generation and conversion-focused campaigns.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret & communicate data and trends.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and landing page optimization techniques.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Knowledge of real estate investing is a plus.
