The Digital Marketing Manager at the Center for Child Protection will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the organization's digital strategies and campaigns. This position is designed for a data-driven, creative thinker who is passionate about storytelling and making a tangible difference in the nonprofit sector. The manager will be responsible for leading the online presence of the Center, focusing on building awareness, expanding the digital community, and growing support to fulfill the mission of ending the cycle of child abuse. In this role, the Digital Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with the Chief Marketing Officer and Marketing Managers to develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy across various categories, including community engagement, events and fundraising, direct services, and donor development. The manager will oversee the creation of compelling content that tells the Center's story, showcases its impact, and inspires action. This includes managing a digital marketing calendar and guiding the production and placement of multimedia content such as social media posts, emails, digital ads, and blogs. The position also entails owning the organization's social media channels, developing strategies to build an engaged community, and creating timely and relevant content to foster deeper connections with constituents. The Digital Marketing Manager will design and manage email marketing workflows, ensuring personalized communications that drive engagement and conversions. Additionally, the manager will lead efforts to optimize the Center's website for search engines and user experience, manage paid digital campaigns, and utilize analytics tools to track and report on campaign performance and digital KPIs. Budget management and cross-department collaboration are also key components of this role, ensuring alignment and maximizing marketing impact across the organization.
