Responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase online visibility and attract potential residents.
• Manage and optimize SEO and PPC campaigns to drive traffic to the website.
• Utilize Google Analytics to evaluate traffic patterns and develop strategies for improvement.
• Oversee digital advertising and display advertising efforts.
• Update and maintain the company website through back-end CMS.
• Manage social media accounts on a professional level to enhance brand presence.
• Evaluate and improve landing page conversions.

Requirements

• Proven track record developing digital marketing plans using SEO, PPC, etc. with at least 4 years of experience.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience in this field (minimum 4 years).
• Strong desire to explore and test new strategies that will keep the company on the leading edge of digital technology and content.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Experience with the Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, Email/Mobile automation, Google Analytics, and WordPress preferred.
