About the position

The Digital Marketing Specialist at Associated Bank will assist in the development, management, and execution of digital marketing plans for both business-to-business and business-to-consumer lines of business. This role requires a thorough understanding of digital marketing practices, the competitive landscape, and the financial goals of the assigned units. The position involves close collaboration with various teams to ensure coordinated marketing efforts and effective performance tracking.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing plans and tactics.
  • Serve as a liaison between marketing and digital/social teams.
  • Manage daily operations of the digital marketing team.
  • Produce analytics dashboards and manage reporting processes for campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with business leaders and internal partners.
  • Create and deploy digital marketing strategies to support customer acquisition and brand awareness.
  • Execute SEO, PPC, and social media marketing initiatives.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Lead projects to improve digital marketing success and expand reach.
  • Identify and manage external vendor relationships for digital features.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Communications or equivalent experience.
  • 7-10 years of experience in marketing or advertising, particularly in digital and social media marketing.
  • 4-7 years of experience with digital technologies and website management.
  • Demonstrated success in content marketing, digital advertising, SEO, PPC, and web analytics.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with e-commerce solutions and user experience testing.
  • Familiarity with market research and customer insights.
