The Digital Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various platforms including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing. This position is essential for achieving the company's objectives and driving brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition. The ideal candidate will lead the creation, execution, and optimization of advertising campaigns, coordinating with sales and operations teams to ensure that marketing campaigns support business growth objectives. Utilizing data analytics tools, the Digital Marketing Manager will track and measure campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize marketing efforts. This includes managing the digital marketing budget to ensure efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI on marketing activities. In addition to campaign management, the Digital Marketing Manager will conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and trends in the digital marketing landscape. Collaboration with internal teams and external agencies will be key to creating and implementing effective marketing and advertising campaigns. The role also involves monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of marketing strategies and campaigns, providing data-driven recommendations for enhanced marketing effectiveness, and implementing marketing automation tools to streamline campaign execution and improve lead nurturing processes. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies is essential to keep the company at the forefront of the market. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional management and leadership skills, strong experience in web optimization, design, content, SEO, SEM, and a solid understanding of marketing technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various platforms (SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, content marketing, etc.) to achieve company objectives.
  • Lead the creation, execution, and optimization of advertising campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
  • Coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure marketing campaigns support business growth objectives.
  • Utilize data analytics tools to track and measure campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize marketing efforts (i.e CAC, ROAS).
  • Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI on marketing activities.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and trends in the digital marketing landscape.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to create and implement effective marketing and advertising campaigns.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations for enhanced marketing effectiveness and conduct competitive analysis for strategic planning.
  • Implement and manage marketing automation tools to streamline campaign execution and improve lead nurturing processes.
  • Drive continuous improvement in marketing processes through the adoption of new technologies and best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies to keep the company at the forefront of the market.

Requirements

  • Exceptional management and leadership skills.
  • Strong experience in web optimization, design, content, SEO, SEM.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Optimize, AdWords, Social Media channels.
  • Knowledge of and interest in Marketing technologies.
  • Outstanding presentation, written and verbal communications skills.
  • Creative and thorough, a left and right brain thinker.
  • Data driven, understands the importance of KPIs, measurement, tracking and reporting.
