About the position

The Digital Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in driving lead generation initiatives and optimizing e-commerce capabilities for a Third-Party Administrator specializing in health insurance. This position requires a proactive and results-driven individual with a strong background in digital marketing strategies, focusing on maximizing ROI through effective campaign management and innovative digital tactics.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize relationships with lead generation vendors to ensure high-quality lead flow and maximize ROI.
  • Evaluate and onboard new lead generation vendors to diversify lead sources and drive consistent growth.
  • Monitor vendor performance, negotiate contracts, and implement strategies to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate marketing strategies into the e-commerce site's architecture and user experience.
  • Drive the development and execution of the digital marketing strategy for the e-commerce site, aligning with overall business goals.
  • Ensure SEO, SEM, and content marketing best practices are embedded in the site from inception to launch.
  • Oversee the creation and optimization of content for the e-commerce site, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and driving conversions.
  • Develop and implement a content strategy that enhances user experience, supports SEO goals, and builds brand credibility.
  • Design and implement customer acquisition strategies, focusing on building and scaling affiliate marketing programs.
  • Identify and partner with high-impact affiliates, negotiate terms, and manage relationships to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Continuously optimize affiliate programs through performance analysis and testing.
  • Develop and manage strategies to effectively nurture and convert owned leads using email marketing and personalized content.
  • Implement and manage lead scoring systems to prioritize and route leads to sales teams or automated nurture campaigns.
  • Lead the strategy and execution of SEO and SEM initiatives to increase organic traffic and improve search rankings.
  • Utilize marketing automation platforms to create, manage, and optimize lead nurturing workflows and email campaigns.
  • Implement and manage advanced analytics tools to track and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on lead generation and e-commerce.
  • Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the insurance industry or with financial services is a plus.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.
