Cribl is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead the strategy and execution of digital marketing initiatives, particularly focusing on webinars, content syndication, and other digital activations. In this position, you will be a key member of the Revenue Marketing team, responsible for planning and delivering impactful digital experiences tailored to various audience segments. You will lead the creation and execution of a comprehensive webinar and demo calendar, utilizing data-driven insights to inform your strategies and ensure maximum impact on the sales pipeline. As a subject matter expert in webinars and digital events, you will advise on best practices, benchmark against industry standards, and run test-and-learn initiatives to refine content strategies. You will collaborate with internal and external teams to source speakers, manage project timelines, and facilitate content creation, ensuring a steady flow of live and on-demand programming. Your responsibilities will also include managing the end-to-end implementation of webinars and content syndication, proactively planning for multiple events each quarter, and evolving the webinar program strategy to include a diverse mix of content types. You will moderate webinars, engage with audiences, and cultivate feedback loops to enhance future events. Regular program analysis and reporting will be essential, as you will present the impact of ongoing programs to stakeholders and leverage data to inform content strategies. Additionally, you will oversee on-demand publishing and manage content syndication channels, ensuring effective lead capture and tracking. Establishing processes for cross-functional collaboration and refining program documentation will be key to scaling efforts as the company grows. You will also support product launches and other marketing initiatives as needed, contributing to the overall success of the marketing team.
