About the position

Cribl is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead the strategy and execution of digital marketing initiatives, particularly focusing on webinars, content syndication, and other digital activations. This role is pivotal in enhancing customer engagement and understanding of Cribl's products, ultimately driving pipeline growth and business success. In this position, you will be a key member of the Revenue Marketing team, responsible for planning and delivering impactful digital experiences tailored to various audience segments. Your efforts will directly contribute to customer satisfaction and the overall growth of the company. You will lead the creation and execution of a comprehensive webinar and demo calendar, utilizing data-driven insights to inform your strategies and ensure maximum impact on the sales pipeline. As a subject matter expert in webinars and digital events, you will advise on best practices, benchmark against industry standards, and run test-and-learn initiatives to refine content strategies. You will collaborate with internal and external teams to source speakers, manage project timelines, and facilitate content creation, ensuring a steady flow of live and on-demand programming. Your responsibilities will also include managing the end-to-end implementation of webinars and content syndication, proactively planning for multiple events each quarter, and evolving the webinar program strategy to include a diverse mix of content types. You will moderate webinars, engage with audiences, and cultivate feedback loops to enhance future events. Regular program analysis and reporting will be essential, as you will present the impact of ongoing programs to stakeholders and leverage data to inform content strategies. Additionally, you will oversee on-demand publishing and manage content syndication channels, ensuring effective lead capture and tracking. Establishing processes for cross-functional collaboration and refining program documentation will be key to scaling efforts as the company grows. You will also support product launches and other marketing initiatives as needed, contributing to the overall success of the marketing team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the creation and execution of Cribl's webinar and demo calendar based on data-driven insights.
  • Serve as a webinar and digital events subject matter expert, advising on best practices and running test-and-learn initiatives.
  • Act as a liaison across internal and external teams to source speakers and manage project timelines.
  • Manage the end-to-end implementation of webinars and content syndication, including promotion and optimization.
  • Proactively plan for 12 - 15 live or on-demand webinars per quarter and support post-event activation.
  • Evolve the webinar program strategy to support a mix of channel content and maximize impact.
  • Moderate webinars/demos and enhance your own digital presence.
  • Cultivate a feedback loop by sharing post-event reporting and creating follow-on messaging.
  • Conduct regular program analysis and briefings, presenting pipeline and revenue impact to stakeholders.
  • Own on-demand publishing across owned and paid resources, driving long-tail engagement.
  • Manage content syndication channels, including lead capture and performance tracking.
  • Establish processes to facilitate cross-functional work and accelerate program delivery.
  • Support additional digital marketing deliverables as required.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience in Digital Marketing, with at least 12 months managing webinar and/or demo programs.
  • Strong proactivity, accountability, and a spirit of innovation.
  • Confidence in publicly representing Cribl at a high level.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment and passionate about technology.
  • Highly data-driven, analytical, and resourceful in tackling complex questions.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and Marketing reporting tools.
  • Experience in B2B Enterprise SaaS marketing is a plus.
