The Digital Marketing Manager at The Nash Casino is a pivotal role responsible for the strategic planning, management, and execution of all digital marketing initiatives aimed at promoting the casino. This position requires a comprehensive understanding of various digital marketing channels and the ability to leverage them effectively to enhance the casino's brand presence and engage with its audience. The manager will work closely with the Marketing Manager and the Director of Marketing, ensuring that communication is consistent and aligned with the overall marketing strategy. Regular updates and reports will be prepared for both departmental and executive leadership, highlighting the performance of digital campaigns and initiatives. In this role, the Digital Marketing Manager will be tasked with researching and implementing new social communication tools, including software for scheduling posts and analyzing their effectiveness. A strong collaborative spirit is essential, as the manager will need to work with senior management, peers, and key stakeholders to ensure that all digital content is executed flawlessly. The creation, editing, publishing, and sharing of engaging content—ranging from text and images to videos and HTML—will be a core responsibility. Additionally, the manager will oversee the property website, ensuring it is updated and accurately reflects the casino's offerings. Monitoring the effectiveness of paid social advertising and ensuring that the advertising spend aligns with the results will be crucial. The manager will also collaborate with various operating departments to enhance the guest experience through digital content and identify best practices. Tracking all campaigns, maintaining a performance calendar, and establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) will be part of the role, along with reporting campaign data to the Database Coordinator for monthly marketing analysis recaps. The Digital Marketing Manager must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong emphasis on editing and proofreading. The ability to multitask and create actionable plans to meet deadlines is essential. Providing exceptional service to internal guests and maintaining a professional demeanor, even in high-stress situations, is a key expectation. The manager will also be responsible for training and mentoring new team members, ensuring adherence to safety policies, and maintaining a friendly and approachable demeanor throughout the workday.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, and oversee all aspects of the company's digital marketing campaign.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and Director of Marketing to prepare regular communications for leadership.
  • Research, understand, and implement social communication tools and scheduling software.
  • Create, edit, publish, and share engaging content across various digital platforms.
  • Update and proof the property website to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Monitor posts and paid social advertising to ensure alignment with spend and performance.
  • Collaborate with operating departments to enhance guest experience through digital content.
  • Track all campaigns, maintain a performance calendar, and establish KPIs.
  • Report campaign data and analysis to the Database Coordinator for monthly recaps.
  • Ensure property communication is relevant, accurate, and upholds brand standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Prior related experience in digital marketing required.
  • Strong understanding of web design and development, including CRO and SEO.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong editing and proofreading abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and create action plans to meet deadlines.
  • Computer proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Must be 21 years of age or older and pass all required pre-screening and background checks.
