Join Financial Advisor Services (FAS) Marketing as a Digital Marketing Manager. In this role, you'll play an integral role in developing and leading audience-based strategies into market to meet advisor needs with the right message at the right time. Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with your aligned pod, engagement strategist, functional area experts, and our media and creative teams to help develop and launch integrated, omni-channel experiences to financial advisors.
  • Develop and deploy trigger-based journeys in Marketo.
  • Develop the test and learn approach for digital channels and share learnings with the pods and broader digital marketing team to better position future content and digital marketing tactics.
  • Co-manage our channel level marketing calendars with fellow digital marketing managers.
  • Partner with functional area experts to vision, design, and implement digital and non-digital solutions including campaign landing pages, email templates, social media posts, direct mail, and other deliverables.
  • Conduct email deployment process including QA and review.
  • Partner with data analysts to provide insight on campaign performance.
  • Stay current on existing and emerging digital channels and digital marketing technologies.
  • Serve as the digital marketing expert to our marketing pods-providing strategic recommendations across all channels including web, email, social media, and paid channels.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor execution of digital marketing tactics, ensuring that all content complies with SEO, UX, and digital marketing best practices and guidelines.
  • Ensure digital marketing activities are aligned with the overall FAS department strategy and goals.
  • Assist with defining the appropriate success and effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives and provide in-depth reviews of digital marketing effectiveness in collaboration with our data analysts.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with various internal and external parties including product owners, business and marketing leaders, and key decision makers internally.
  • Collaborate with data analysts to properly structure and measure channel level experimentation strategies and campaigns.
  • Partner with your fellow digital marketing managers to continuously enhance best practices and identify opportunities for experimentation.
  • Educate Marketing pods on best practices in integrated marketing and continuously bring in outside perspectives on industry changes.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in Marketing or equivalent experience
  • Minimum five years related work experience
  • Experience with Marketo
  • Marketing automation experience required
  • Demonstrates strong persuasion and influence skills
  • Demonstrated experience in building and executing A/B testing and experimentation
  • Drives innovation and thinks creatively to set and implement a strategy
  • Demonstrates a strong collaborative work style
