About the position
The Digital Marketing Manager at FirstEnroll LLC will play a crucial role in driving lead generation initiatives and optimizing e-commerce capabilities. This proactive and results-driven position requires a strong background in digital marketing strategies, focusing on maximizing ROI through effective campaign management, conversion rate optimization, and innovative digital tactics.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize relationships with lead generation vendors to ensure high-quality lead flow and maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate marketing strategies into the e-commerce site's architecture and user experience.
- Oversee the creation and optimization of content for the e-commerce site, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and driving conversions.
- Design and implement customer acquisition strategies, particularly focusing on building and scaling affiliate marketing programs.
- Develop and manage strategies to nurture and convert owned leads using email marketing and personalized content.
- Lead the strategy and execution of SEO and SEM initiatives to increase organic traffic and improve search rankings.
- Utilize marketing automation platforms to create and optimize lead nurturing workflows and email campaigns.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on lead generation and e-commerce.
- Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in the insurance industry or with financial services is a plus.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.
