About the position

The Digital Marketing Manager at Motorola Solutions is responsible for generating demand across the Digital Recognition Network (DRN), MVTRAC, and Secure Collateral Management (SCM) brands. This role focuses on developing and implementing lead-generation strategies that align with sales goals and overall business objectives, ensuring effective marketing campaigns and collaboration with the sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and nurture partnerships with national and state associations, media outlets, and subject matter experts to expand reach and influence.
  • Develop and execute demand-generation strategies to drive leads and grow the sales pipeline across digital and traditional channels.
  • Create and manage integrated marketing campaigns across various channels including email, social media, content marketing, PPC, SEO, and events.
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to optimize future initiatives.
  • Enhance marketing funnels to improve conversion rates and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to align on goals, ensuring seamless execution and achievement of business objectives.
  • Manage assigned budgets effectively, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to maximize impact.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or a similar role.
  • Experience in the financial services technology or automotive recovery sectors is a plus.
  • Google Ads certification.
  • Proven experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau).
  • Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and content marketing best practices.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies and tools is a plus.
  • Certification in Google Ads, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
