About the position

The Digital Marketing Manager at The Signorelli Company is responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and reporting on all digital and social marketing efforts. This role focuses on maximizing analytics and SEO for the company's websites, ensuring data-driven recommendations for marketing strategies, and collaborating with various teams to achieve marketing goals.

Responsibilities

  • Strategize Digital Marketing Plans to Reach Goals, including Website & Search Engine Optimization.
  • Create SEO plans with Marketing Managers, including website content and blogs.
  • Create and manage PPC, Display, Discovery, and Video campaigns.
  • Collaborate with external agencies to maintain budgets and goals.
  • Create and manage social media advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Recommend social media strategies based on research and best practices.
  • Build data models with accurate conversion rates to justify budgets and spend.
  • Collaborate with the data team to create and optimize dashboards for leads, sales, and other KPIs.
  • Create competitive analyses and conduct research on competitor tactics in the digital space.
  • Lead partnerships with CRM integrations and campaign management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years' experience in digital marketing.
  • HubSpot experience preferred.
  • Certifications in Google AdWords and other social media certifications preferred.
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising engaging digital campaigns.
