About the position

The Digital Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in executing marketing campaigns and analyzing performance data to refine strategies. This hands-on position involves building and managing data-driven programs aimed at generating leads and enhancing client experiences through various online channels, including marketing automation, SEO, and social/PPC ads. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and outside agencies to improve the company's digital presence and support various lines of business.

Responsibilities

  • Build, monitor, and analyze marketing campaigns, presenting recommendations to optimize budget utilization for paid search, display, and social media advertising.
  • Manage outside agencies and vendor partners responsible for web development, paid media, SEO, and other marketing activities.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client journeys and contribute to building and refining marketing automation within the CRM platform.
  • Assist in developing an e-commerce platform and loyalty program to drive consumer engagement and loyalty.
  • Uncover customer insights and report on site and page-level data through Google Analytics, recommending strategy improvements for online and email content.
  • Report on KPIs for management and client partners to ensure maximum ROI of digital channels and marketing campaigns.
  • Evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points using strong analytical abilities.
  • Collaborate with marketing leadership and cross-functional teams to translate ideas into effective digital marketing strategies for new product launches and core service offerings.
  • Create and deliver emails and other communications to prospects, residents, team members, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Provide recommendations to marketing leadership for incorporating new tools and building new capabilities.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing/Marketing Analytics, either in corporate or agency settings.
  • Bachelor's degree in advertising, communications, or marketing.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and efficiently on concurrent projects with internal staff and outside partners/vendors.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and remote team environment.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Pardot) or similar Marketing Automation Platforms.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing fundamentals including SEO, display, retargeting, social media, paid search, and email marketing.
  • Proven experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Ad Manager, especially in tracking campaign performance and establishing targets.
  • Expertise in e-commerce platforms or managing loyalty programs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate effectively under deadline pressures.

Nice-to-haves

  • Certifications in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Ads, or Google Analytics are a plus but not required.
