About the position

The Digital Marketing Manager at CyberArk will lead the digital strategy and execution of multi-channel global marketing campaigns. This role is crucial in maintaining CyberArk's competitive edge in the Identity Security market by implementing innovative digital marketing strategies across various paid channels. The successful candidate will collaborate with multiple teams to optimize campaign performance and drive growth in new customer acquisition.

Responsibilities

  • Lead digital strategy and execution of multi-channel global marketing campaigns.
  • Manage paid channels including paid social media, content syndication, third-party sponsorship, paid search, and display programmatic.
  • Develop integrated digital strategies by channel, including retargeting and omni-channel strategies.
  • Conduct quarterly planning with the media agency and collaborate with Solution and Regional teams.
  • Set up campaigns and tracking, run QA, and provide insights for optimization.
  • Manage the digital agency, including submitting SOW, POs, and overseeing the QA process.
  • Own the paid media budget for digital campaigns and track performance against goals.
  • Aid in the creation of copy, creative, and content with support from various teams.
  • Build audience targeting/retargeting for always-on campaigns and digital nurture.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
  • Develop and present actionable recommendations to leadership based on campaign findings.
  • Drive continuous improvement in executional rigor and operational processes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of global experience in digital marketing with hands-on execution.
  • Experience in implementing digital strategy and managing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns.
  • B2B marketing experience is desired; SaaS experience and targeting developers is a plus.
  • Experience launching and optimizing campaigns on paid social platforms and email/automation platforms.
  • Experience with content syndication programs, multi-touch programs, and ABM programs.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise-level marketing technology tools (e.g., Tableau, Adobe Analytics, 6sense).
  • Ability to define strategic vision through data analysis and insights.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Experience in digital agency management.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Marketo and SFDC is a bonus.
  • Experience with specific paid social platforms is a bonus.
