About the position

PSSI is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team in Atlanta, GA. This role is pivotal in promoting our brand and services across various digital channels, ensuring effective communication and engagement with our target audience. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive marketing campaigns that drive traffic, enhance customer engagement, and generate leads. This position requires a creative and innovative approach to digital marketing, with a strong emphasis on data analysis and performance reporting. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Growth Marketing team to strategize and execute key campaign requirements that align with our business objectives. You will be expected to stay abreast of the latest trends in social media and digital marketing, utilizing this knowledge to inform your strategies and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs). Your ability to analyze digital marketing performance data will be crucial in generating actionable insights that will guide future marketing efforts. The Digital Marketing Manager will also play a key role in building tools to support sales enablement, ensuring that our sales teams have the resources they need to succeed. This position is hybrid, allowing for a combination of in-office and remote work, and requires the ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer. Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and manage all digital marketing strategies across various channels, including paid search, display advertising, email marketing, and social media.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders including sales, growth marketing, and communication roles to establish and execute a digital marketing strategy to support growth initiatives and target audience needs.
  • Examine digital marketing performance data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to inform future strategy and decision making.
  • Build tools to support sales enablement.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Requires 5 or more years' experience in Digital Marketing or related field.
  • Minimum bachelor's degree in marketing or similar field.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams.
  • Technical expertise in various platforms including WordPress, Salesforce CRM platform, and social media.
