Responsibilities

  • Create eye-catching posts, engaging reels, and compelling stories to enhance our online presence.
  • Capture high-quality photos and videos that showcase our restaurant experience.
  • Create and implement a lead generation strategy.
  • Analyze guest data to understand preferences and trends, and use these insights to refine marketing strategies and improve guest experiences.
  • Track and measure campaign performance, adjusting tactics based on key metrics like open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
  • Stay updated on the latest hospitality technology trends and innovations to keep CRM strategy current.
  • Work closely with our website, delivery app, social media platforms to ensure objectives and strategies are clearly communicated and aligned.
  • Own and report on Google Analytics platforms.
  • Report on website, email and social campaign performance, incorporating external actions into reports.
  • Develop specific campaigns to create and maintain high levels of customer interaction; social posts, email marketing.
  • Support the website user experience evolving it to adapt to the guest experience.
  • Leverage SEO across all brands.

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in digital marketing, particularly in email marketing and social media strategy.
  • Proven results in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of SEO and its application in digital marketing.
  • Experience in the restaurant industry is preferred.
