About the position

The Digital Marketing Manager at 4AIR is responsible for the creation, implementation, execution, and management of all digital marketing campaigns and projects. This role focuses on lead acquisition and promoting the 4AIR brand through various digital channels, including Paid Search, SEO, Social Media, and Email Marketing. The manager will collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager and Events Coordinator to develop ongoing marketing strategies that enhance content promotion, event activations, and client acquisition. The position requires flexibility to support a growing marketing team and contribute to the company's sustainability initiatives in the aviation industry.

Responsibilities

  • Manage campaign implementation across all digital channels including Paid Search, Organic Search, Social Media, Email Marketing, and Lead Nurturing.
  • Manage the brand's lead acquisition needs and lead flow process to ensure all form data is actively tracked through website properties to the CRM.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager on overall digital strategy, market share, rankings, and visibility.
  • Organize cross-departmental project and strategy meetings in coordination with the Marketing Manager.
  • Create reports and analyze data sets around lead attribution, market trends, and competitive content performance.
  • Manage ongoing digital ad campaigns in Google Ads and META, preparing reports that analyze campaign performance.
  • Implement ongoing Social Media strategies and align topics with content strategies and audiences.
  • Collaborate with the Website Development team to ensure compliance with search engines and security updates.
  • Analyze and ensure that all digital campaigns meet targeted KPIs, increasing lead quality and market share.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or relevant field.
  • 5+ years' experience in managing digital marketing strategies and campaigns, preferably for a luxury brand or B2B advisory service.
  • Experience running digital campaigns and working with cross-functional teams to track and optimize lead quality.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
  • Innovative and creative thinker with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of communicating with C-level executives.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and digital platforms like GA4, Google Search Console, and Salesforce.

Nice-to-haves

  • Working knowledge of the sustainability industry, including carbon offsets and sustainable fuels.
  • Experience servicing high-profile customers for luxury goods.
  • Knowledge of business aircraft industry, products, and services.
  • Interest in aviation or possession of a pilot's license.
