About the position

LubriSynHA is a company based in Simpsonville, KY that develops and manufactures natural health solutions for people, pets, horses, and livestock. We have multiple product lines that we sell both B2B and B2C. We are currently seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to assist with the development and execution of our marketing efforts within the different product lines. This role is crucial in driving our marketing strategy and ensuring that our campaigns are effective and aligned with our business goals. As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns to drive conversions and generate revenue. You will develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans across multiple channels, including search engine marketing, social media, and email marketing. Utilizing marketing automation tools will be essential to streamline marketing processes and improve campaign efficiency. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, particularly with Amazon, will be necessary to develop and execute campaigns that drive business results. In addition to campaign management, you will perform basic graphic design tasks using Canva, assist in website/system development and optimization, and manage marketing lists using Hubspot. Your role will also involve creating social media content, scheduling ads, and producing videos. Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance using Google Analytics and other metrics will be a key part of your responsibilities, allowing you to make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns. You may also be required to attend company events and trade shows, with travel expected to be limited to 2-3 events per year.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns to drive conversions and generate revenue.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans across multiple channels, including search engine marketing, social media, and email marketing.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline marketing processes and improve campaign efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Amazon) to develop and execute campaigns that drive business results.
  • Perform basic graphic design tasks using Canva.
  • Assist in website/system development & optimization (site updates & SEO).
  • Assist in marketing list management & development (Hubspot).
  • Create landing pages, emails, and forms.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns.
  • Create social media content, including daily posts and scheduling ads, as well as video content.
  • Attend company events/trade shows when needed (no more than 2-3 events per year) where some travel will be required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on search engine marketing, social media management/ads, and content management systems.
  • Knowledge of Google Ads, including campaign structure, ad targeting, and bid management.
  • Experience with Hubspot, Shopify, and Canva.
  • Experience with HTML and JavaScript is helpful but not required.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve marketing goals.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Must LOVE animals (we have a dog friendly office).

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Google Ads for at least 1 year.
