About the position

fuze32 is growing! We are looking to add an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing team. This person will lead the digital department in strategizing, building, managing, and optimizing digital campaigns while working with our current sales team to promote digital advertising solutions in a B2B capacity. The digital department delivers digital solutions to new and existing clients that reach their goals while growing fuze32's digital revenue. As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for managing, training, and leading the digital department as needed. You will join the sales team on client meetings to help close current and new business digital accounts. Your role will involve driving digital sales growth by identifying client needs and developing comprehensive digital marketing strategies. You will conduct thorough market research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to identify target demographics and tailor campaigns accordingly. In addition, you will manage digital campaigns including CTV/OTT, Display, Paid Search, Remarketing, and Online Video. Regular monitoring of campaign performance, generating actionable insights, and making data-driven optimizations will be key aspects of your responsibilities. You will conduct monthly and quarterly meetings with digital clients to review campaign performance, key findings, and recommendations. Staying current with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities and improve campaign performance will also be essential. Furthermore, you will meet with sales staff regularly to provide support and training on digital tactics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
  • 2 years working in digital marketing or equivalent experience required
  • Experience planning and managing targeted display, online video, paid search, and streaming TV advertising campaigns
  • Understanding of digital marketing metrics/KPIs and experience analyzing campaign performance
  • Proficient in Google Suite products
  • Google Ads Certifications required
