The Digital Marketing Manager (DMM) leads the development and execution of marketing programs across all digital channels to support marketing goals and achieve financial targets. They will focus on digital content ideation, development, execution and measurement across the marketing funnel. This person will drive content development and strategy across Mitten Extract's digital ecosystem including, but not limited to, organic social, email/SMS, and web. Organic social will be the first priority for this role. The DMM will balance a data driven mindset with an eye for creative content that will attract, entertain, and retain our consumers. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the development and execution of a strategic digital marketing plan in collaboration with the broader marketing team and cross-functionals. The digital marketing plan will achieve financial targets and marketing KPIs through omni-channel digital experiences. The DMM will support holistic brand storytelling through cross-channel content ecosystems, monitor and report on key digital metrics, and manage the digital marketing budget. They will also oversee outside web and SEO agencies, represent the brand at various events, and actively participate in the Mitten Extracts culture, inspiring others to do the same.

Responsibilities

  • Development and execution of strategic digital marketing plan in collaboration with the broader marketing team and cross-functionals.
  • Support holistic brand storytelling through cross-channel content ecosystem.
  • Monitor and report on day-to-day key digital metrics across all channels.
  • Lead the development of holistic reporting and insights for digital campaign work.
  • Support and amplify experiential experiences including events & sponsorships.
  • Oversight of digital marketing budget and responsible for delivering year-end budget at prescribed number.
  • Management of outside web and SEO agencies to maintain, update, and iterate on web experience.
  • Joint responsibility for delivery of volume, share, profit, and brand health goals.
  • Represent the brand at trade events, consumer promotions, sales meetings, and with retailers and customers as needed.
  • Be an active participant in the Mitten Extracts culture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field or the equivalent experience.
  • Two to four years related marketing experience in a digital marketing or social media management role.
  • Demonstrated understanding and experience in managing web presence, SEO/SEM, Search, and analytics.
  • Well versed in social media platforms (IG, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc) and the types of content that perform.
  • Proficient in GA4, google tag manager, social media measurement tools, and email/SMS analytics.
  • Data first mindset, extracting actionable insights from data that leads to better performing content and marketing activations.
  • Ability to thrive in a complex, fast-paced environment and adaptable to change.
  • Demonstrated ability in taking initiative to seek out opportunities and solve problems with minimal direct supervision.
  • A valued team player that is a role model for collaboration.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
