About the position

The Digital Marketing Manager position at Insight Global in Bothell, Washington, is a pivotal role that combines marketing management with project management responsibilities. The successful candidate will act as a liaison between the Business Team and the Analytics Team, ensuring that reporting and analytics are effectively communicated and utilized. This role will also be responsible for forecasting and preparing executive-level reports, consolidating key inputs from various stakeholders to support executive and stakeholder readouts and updates. Additionally, the Digital Marketing Manager will track the development roadmap and key strategic national product and offer launches, ensuring that all marketing initiatives align with the company's broader objectives. Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage day-to-day marketing deliverables against tight timelines.
  • Serve as a reporting and analytics liaison between the Business Team and the Analytics Team.
  • Responsible for forecasting and executive-level reporting.
  • Consolidate key inputs from stakeholders for executive and stakeholder readouts and updates.
  • Track the development roadmap and key strategic national product and offer launches.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert consumer insights and performance data into impactful sales strategies and customer experience improvements.
  • Experience with performance reporting, analytics, and forecasting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information clearly to peers, developers, and senior leaders.
  • Experience with Adobe Analytics, PowerPoint, Excel, and Salesforce.
