About the position

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. This role requires a creative and analytical thinker with hands-on experience in digital marketing channels and tools. The position is hybrid, necessitating a regular presence at the New York City office a few days each week. In this role, you will develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, including increasing site visits and demo requests. You will manage and optimize various digital marketing channels, including Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), paid channels, email marketing, and online events. Additionally, you will create and manage digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit, X, Meta, and others. Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with Product Marketing, Content, and Social Media teams to develop engaging and relevant campaigns that resonate with our target audience. Monitoring and analyzing website traffic, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators (KPIs) will be essential to optimize marketing efforts. You will also utilize marketing automation tools to nurture leads and drive conversions, conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, and ensure alignment between marketing and sales efforts to support lead generation initiatives. Furthermore, you will manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources while staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies to implement best practices.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the cybersecurity, technology B2B SaaS industry or within a digital agency.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and tactics.
  • Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media platforms, and marketing automation tools.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Experience in cybersecurity industry preferred.
