About the position

The Digital Marketing Manager at Hawk Ridge Systems is a remote position focused on enhancing the company's online marketing efforts. This role is pivotal in driving website traffic, generating leads, and improving brand awareness through effective digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in SEO, analytics, and content creation to optimize the company's digital presence and contribute to its growth objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement digital marketing campaigns to increase web traffic and generate leads.
  • Update and maintain SEO on new and existing website pages to improve search rankings and organic visibility.
  • Create and implement effective website funnels to guide visitors through the conversion process.
  • Optimize content related to eCommerce conversion rate optimization.
  • Create and optimize landing pages in WordPress and Marketo.
  • Create and implement engaging content that aligns with the SEO strategy and target audience.
  • Monitor analytics tools such as Google Analytics, HeatMap, and Search Console to track website performance and user behavior.
  • Analyze data and extract actionable insights to inform marketing strategies and improve ROI.
  • Manage and maintain digital marketing reports to track progress and communicate results to stakeholders.
  • Support the Content Marketing Director in deploying and running digital marketing campaigns.
  • Create and publish engaging social media content across various platforms to attract and engage the target audience.
  • Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries and feedback, and respond promptly and professionally.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field (preferred, will consider an equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Proven track record of success in driving website traffic, generating leads, and improving conversions.
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices and experience with analytics tools.
  • Proficiency in Marketo, Instapage, or WordPress Landing Page Builder.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Autonomous, self-driven, detail-oriented, and an excellent communicator with outstanding project and time management skills.
