About the position

The Digital Marketing Manager at Everything But The House (EBTH) is responsible for leading the marketing strategy, analytics, and execution across various digital platforms to enhance shopper acquisition and drive e-commerce growth on EBTH.com. This role involves managing digital media planning, collaborating with internal teams, and innovating new programs to optimize marketing efforts and increase profitability. The position requires a dynamic individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the company's mission of revolutionizing the secondhand marketplace.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the digital media planning for all shopper awareness and acquisition campaigns to drive rapid, high-ROI growth.
  • Directly manage key strategic digital platforms and vendor relationships including Google, Bing, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Braze.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute supply acquisition campaigns within budget requirements.
  • Work with internal and external creative resources to develop advertising and content assets to support campaign objectives.
  • Innovate new programs to reach potential customers, including strategic partnerships and breakthrough digital advertising, SEO/SEM, Email, and content.
  • Continually test and innovate within acquisition channels to optimize existing campaigns and develop new programs to increase profitability and growth.
  • Build, manage, and execute content in support of inventory and shopper acquisition.
  • Establish and communicate channel, product, and campaign level KPIs.
  • Manage social media and design outputs.

Requirements

  • 3 - 5 years of digital marketing experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Platforms - Adwords and Analytics.
  • Experience with Facebook - Business Manager and Creator Studio.
  • Familiarity with Braze or ability to learn email marketing platforms.
  • Proficient in email marketing strategies and campaign management.
  • Strong conceptual skills and copywriting ability.
  • Adobe Creative Suite capability is a plus.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with SEO/SEM strategies.
  • Knowledge of digital advertising best practices.
