About the position
The Digital Marketing Intern position at Love's is designed to provide a comprehensive learning experience while supporting the Digital Marketing Operations team. Interns will engage in various tasks and projects that enhance their understanding of marketing operations, participate in community and networking events, and receive structured feedback and mentorship throughout the summer.
Responsibilities
- Support local marketing efforts using listing services with Google and Apple Maps and industry-specific platforms to improve location visibility
- Respond to reviews and create monthly reports on customer sentiment to business units and Marketing leadership
- Assist with web updates to lovesrvstops.com
- Perform other duties assigned as needed to support the marketing department
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Currently enrolled in a four-year university program, a sophomore level or above (pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related degree)
- Knowledge of website content management systems and digital best practices
- Past internship experience a plus, but not necessary
- Ability to use Mac and PC platforms with strong Office 365 skills
- Time management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Effective analytical thinking skills
- Ability to communicate with a vast array of personalities in a professional manner
- Ability to be flexible
