As a Digital Marketing Operations Specialist at Apple, you will play a pivotal role in the U.S. Education Strategy, Demand Generation, and Enablement team. This position is designed for a dynamic and highly motivated individual who will lead the digital marketing operations for the U.S. Education sector. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the digital marketing tech stack, which includes overseeing direct-to-customer campaigns as well as partner campaigns. You will enable data-driven decisions for the marketing team by providing comprehensive reporting and data analysis on program performance and its impact on the business. In this role, you will create and maintain metrics reports that track marketing activities, efficiency, and overall business impact. You will also be responsible for managing the marketing instance of Salesforce, ensuring that the marketing automation platform is utilized effectively. Your expertise will extend to contact acquisition strategies, database oversight, and maintaining data quality within the marketing database. Staying updated on the latest marketing technology trends will be crucial as you lead web-based event execution and reporting, developing a robust knowledge of the event tools used. Collaboration will be key in this role, as you will work closely with sales operations, business process re-engineering (BPR), and engineers to develop marketing automation capabilities and execution strategies. You will serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on email scoring and nurturing processes, and you will collaborate with the worldwide marketing team to execute social media enablement and track relevant metrics.
