About the position

The Digital Marketing Ops Specialist will manage and traffic digital creative assets, create programmatic and SEM campaigns, and monitor and build campaign reports for high-profile clients. This role requires familiarity with Google Marketing Platform tools and collaboration with a team of developers, creatives, and account service staff to achieve digital marketing goals.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with developers, creatives, and account service staff to achieve marketing goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Digital Media, Marketing or equivalent.
  • 1+ years related experience in digital, social media or online marketing.
  • Experience with SEM/Paid Search.
  • Experience with Paid Social.
  • Google Analytics Experience & Certification(s).
  • Google Ads Experience & Certification(s).
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal skills.
  • Highly organized and deadline-driven.
  • Ability to recommend, execute and optimize digital tactics.
  • Understanding of paid tactics (Display, Native, Search and Social).
  • Analyze data and understand results.

Nice-to-haves

  • Proficiency in data visualization tools like Google Data Studio, Excel or Tableau.
  • Experience with ad management systems (Google Ads Manager, Campaign Manager 360 or similar service).
  • Experience with Google Display & Video 360.
  • Experience with programmatic media.
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager.
  • Working knowledge of HTML.
  • Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite.
