About the position

The Digital Marketing Campaign Manager will take ownership of marketing initiatives, managing end-to-end digital campaigns, optimizing customer journeys, and analyzing performance metrics. This role focuses on data-driven decision-making to enhance conversion rates and improve overall campaign effectiveness across various platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Lead digital marketing efforts across platforms, focusing on scaling campaigns efficiently during peak periods.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics such as customer acquisition cost (CAC), cost-per-acquisition (CPA), and click-through rate (CTR) to make informed decisions and drive results.
  • Develop targeted segments and tailored content strategies to nurture leads throughout the funnel, aiming for a 30% increase in lead to booking percentage within 3 months.
  • Conduct A/B testing and optimize landing pages to increase conversion rates and enhance user experience, targeting a 30% increase in landing page conversion within 3 months.
  • Work closely with the media buying team to leverage key ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok) while ensuring a balance between scalability and efficiency, aiming for a 30% increase in click-through rate.
  • Monitor and improve email marketing performance, enhancing open and click-through rates by 30% within 3 months.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns.
  • Very strong understanding of analytics, data segmentation, and performance reporting.
  • Hands-on experience with landing page optimization, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and A/B testing.
  • Knowledge of paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok) and retention strategies.
  • Drive, passion, and hunger for growth.

Benefits
