About the position

The Digital Marketing Paid Campaign Manager serves as the key liaison between the agency and its clients, overseeing the full spectrum of digital marketing strategies, collaboration, account management, execution, and measurement of campaigns. This in-person role requires active Google Certification and involves managing various paid digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and ROI for clients.

Responsibilities

  • Manage paid Google and Meta digital marketing campaigns including Google AdWords, Google PMAX, Google Display, and Google Retargeting.
  • Work with video advertising promotions and launch YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and OTT/CTV ad buys.
  • Drive traffic, conversions, and ROI for clients through digital marketing channels including paid search, paid social, programmatic display, and streaming video programs.
  • Assign and monitor KPIs to reach intended outcomes across client campaigns.
  • Generate campaign performance reports by consolidating data from different sources and deriving actionable insights.
  • Designate and tag online conversions using Google Tag Manager.
  • Collaborate with the advanced digital marketing team to improve current efforts and implement new strategies.
  • Plan, implement, and evaluate all aspects of digital campaign launches, working independently and in partnership with a team.
  • Participate in client-facing meetings to present and take ownership of digital performance metrics.
  • Coordinate with agency departments and clients to execute creative generation, copy/website content, social media posts, and strategy planning.

Requirements

  • Active Google Certification is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related fields.
  • At least 3+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience.
  • Understanding of the current digital marketing landscape and experience managing paid search, paid social, programmatic display, and streaming video campaigns end to end.
  • Proficient with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Business Manager, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience utilizing a DSP or social media management platform is a strong plus.
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to execute precisely to brand and style guidelines.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience utilizing a DSP or social media management platform (e.g., Agorapulse, Hootsuite, etc.) is a strong plus.
