About the position

The Digital Marketing Patient Recruitment Manager at Medpace is responsible for overseeing the digital marketing strategy and execution for patient recruitment activities. This role involves creating meaningful content, managing media campaigns, and integrating innovative digital tools to enhance patient engagement and recruitment efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee development of meaningful content for creative materials that target a global audience of patients, caregivers, research site staff, and physicians.
  • Manage media campaigns and develop recruitment funnels including use of radio, print, Google Ads, and Facebook.
  • Partner with internal and external teams to evaluate and integrate innovative digital tools for the successful acquisition of patients and patient engagement.
  • Strategically review patient recruitment advertisement vendor campaigns and results.
  • Stay current on leading industry trends that will impact strategies in trial recruitment and effectively apply knowledge.
  • Effectively communicate recruitment strategy to executive management, senior leadership, and team members.
  • May have oversight and/or mentorship responsibilities of departmental team members.

Requirements

  • Bachelors in Marketing, Communication, Graphic Design, or Life Sciences.
  • Minimum of 3 years of SEO or SEM experience; experience in health marketing is a plus.
  • Preferred 3 to 5 years' experience of Clinical Research industry experience, with at least 2 years' experience related to Patient Recruitment.
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and MS Office.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Ads, Facebook/IG marketing, and other online advertising verticals.
