About the position

As a Digital Marketing Patient Recruitment Manager at Medpace, you will play a pivotal role in our Patient Recruitment and Retention Department, which is experiencing rapid growth. This full-time position focuses on the strategic oversight of digital marketing initiatives aimed at enhancing patient recruitment efforts. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that resonate with a diverse global audience, including patients, caregivers, research site staff, and healthcare professionals. Your expertise will be crucial in creating meaningful content for various marketing materials that effectively communicate our mission and services. In this role, you will manage media campaigns and develop recruitment funnels utilizing a variety of channels such as radio, print, Google Ads, and Facebook. Collaboration is key, as you will partner with both internal and external teams to evaluate and integrate innovative digital tools that facilitate successful patient acquisition and engagement. You will also conduct strategic reviews of patient recruitment advertisement vendor campaigns, analyzing results to inform future strategies. Staying abreast of industry trends that impact trial recruitment will be essential, as you will apply this knowledge to enhance our marketing strategies. Effective communication is vital in this position, as you will be responsible for articulating recruitment strategies to executive management, senior leadership, and team members. Additionally, you may have oversight and mentorship responsibilities for departmental team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee development of meaningful content for creative materials that target a global audience of patients, caregivers, research site staff, and physicians.
  • Manage media campaigns and develop recruitment funnels including use of radio, print, Google Ads, and Facebook.
  • Partner with internal and external teams to evaluate and integrate innovative digital tools for the successful acquisition of patients and patient engagement.
  • Strategically review patient recruitment advertisement vendor campaigns and results.
  • Stay current on leading industry trends that will impact strategies in trial recruitment and effectively apply knowledge.
  • Effectively communicate recruitment strategy to executive management, senior leadership, and team members.
  • May have oversight and/or mentorship responsibilities of departmental team members.

Requirements

  • Bachelors in Marketing, Communication, Graphic Design, or Life Sciences;
  • Minimum of 3 years of SEO or SEM experience; experience in health marketing is a plus;
  • Preferred 3 to 5 years' experience of Clinical Research industry experience, with at least 2 years' experience related to Patient Recruitment;
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and MS Office;
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Ads, Facebook/IG marketing, and other online advertising verticals.
