About the position

The Digital Marketing Product Manager, AVP at State Street Global Advisors is responsible for managing ETF and Mutual Fund product information on US and global websites. This role involves both strategic and tactical responsibilities, including managing fund launches, product improvements, and collaborating with various internal and external partners. The position requires a strong focus on quality assurance, problem-solving, and building relationships to enhance product data management processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage fund launches and product improvements for ETF and Mutual Fund products on global websites.
• Act as subject matter expert for US ETF and Mutual Fund product information on websites and fact sheets.
• Understand site differences between countries, web page/fact sheet templates, and data constraints.
• Work with data providers to problem solve quickly and efficiently.
• Provide quality assurance testing support and leadership for key projects.
• Build strong working relationships and collaborate with internal groups and external partners.
• Work with cross-functional teams to improve and evolve current processes.
• Drive teamwork and consensus with partners and project team members.

Requirements

• 5-7 years product management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Strong, proven product and project management skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical problem-solving mindset with the ability to foresee issues before they arise.
• Technical aptitude and ability to learn different applications if necessary.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Experience in the investment management industry, specifically with ETFs and Mutual Funds.
