About the position

The Website Product Data Information Manager will oversee the management of ETF and Mutual Fund product information on US and global websites. This role requires a strategic and tactical focus, managing fund launches and product improvements while collaborating with various internal and external partners. The manager will act as a subject matter expert, ensuring quality assurance and driving process improvements across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage fund launches and product improvements for ETF and Mutual Fund products on global websites.
• Act as subject matter expert for US ETF and Mutual Fund product information on websites and fact sheets.
• Understand site differences between countries, web page/fact sheet templates, and data constraints.
• Work with data providers to problem solve quickly and efficiently.
• Provide quality assurance testing support and leadership for key projects.
• Build strong working relationships and collaborate with internal groups and external partners.
• Work with cross-functional teams to improve and evolve current processes.
• Drive teamwork and consensus with partners and project team members.

Requirements

• 5-7 years product management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Strong, proven product and project management skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical problem solving mindset with the ability to foresee issues before they arise.
• Technical aptitude and ability to learn different applications if necessary.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Experience in the investment management industry, specifically with ETFs and Mutual Funds.
