Marketing & Franchise Development team is focused on Digital Acquisitions and Digital Sales transformation while enabling next-gen existing customer evolution. This leader would manage our Digital Marketing Capabilities vertical. This role is an engine of growth, and this leader would manage Digital Marketing capabilities across Citi.com, Mobile App, Online Banking, reporting into SVP, Digital Marketing Capabilities and Innovation. VP, Digital Marketing Product role is responsible for managing an ongoing Digital Sales transformation capabilities delivery roadmap, implementation of key strategic projects, supporting the development of a forward-looking capabilities vision, overseeing the workstreams of these prioritized initiatives, providing strategic direction to said initiatives, and managing a cross functional task force across various organizations.
