About the position

The Digital Marketing Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing the execution of digital marketing projects, ensuring a seamless customer experience, and managing resource and capacity planning. This role involves creating project plans, providing weekly status updates to leadership and stakeholders, and addressing any blockers that may arise during project execution. The position focuses on unifying the PayPal logged-out experience and requires collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Create project plans and ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Update project documents and provide weekly status updates.
  • Remove any blockers for the team and ask for help when needed.
  • Manage resource and capacity planning for projects.
  • Execute the project and create a playbook for customer experience.
  • Highlight blockers to leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in digital marketing management for large markets.
  • Experience managing US and international digital markets.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholder communication.
  • Experience with brand unification in global markets for public websites.
  • Self-starter with experience using tools like Figma, JIRA, and Smartsheets.
  • Previous experience as a Product Manager with a background in Program Management.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous agency experience.
