About the position

The Digital Marketing Consultant at Medtronic will lead the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies aimed at enhancing customer engagement and driving growth. This role requires a deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape, with a focus on B2B channels, and the ability to analyze data to optimize marketing efforts. The successful candidate will work collaboratively across teams to create effective customer journeys and ensure compliance with legal and internal standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter expertise on digital marketing and data strategies.
• Architect and deliver digital marketing strategies that accelerate customer growth.
• Analyze metrics and suggest solutions to increase conversion and awareness based on KPIs.
• Develop detailed content journeys and trigger points for campaigns aligned with customer decision journeys.
• Own channel reporting and present data in an actionable way to communicate results and challenges.
• Ensure compliance with internal standards and legal guidelines.
• Influence across functions and businesses to gain cooperation for marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of digital marketing experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 3+ years with a Master's degree.
• Fluency in today's digital marketing ecosystem and conversion strategies.
• Experience with email marketing or marketing automation, preferably with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Strong understanding of analytics tools such as Adobe and Google.

Nice-to-haves

• 5+ years of proven experience in digital marketing and marketing strategies.
• Extensive digital marketing and communications experience in both agency and client settings.
• Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business, technology, or related field.
• Experience with managing and editing photos and resources (e.g., Adobe).
