About the position

The Digital Marketing Project Coordinator will play a pivotal role in leading operations within the Social Center of Excellence. This position is designed for a proactive individual who will coordinate communication across various stakeholders, ensuring that comprehensive project planning is executed effectively. The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee the timely and efficient creation of marketing campaigns that drive traffic and enhance brand loyalty for the Client's products. The Project Coordinator will specialize in managing the various stages of projects, ensuring that deadlines are met, and that there is clear communication regarding project deliverables. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Project Management, this role will operationalize a new workflow and organizational model, creating resources and executing projects that allow the team to be agile while delivering high-quality creative outputs. In this role, the Project Coordinator will be responsible for managing end-to-end project and task management. This includes attending kickoff meetings, collaborating with the Senior Manager to assess resources, timelines, and execution plans, and ensuring that work progresses through the appropriate pipeline. The individual will serve as a liaison between the Creative, Influencer, and Strategy/Marketing teams, as well as external partners, to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables. The Project Coordinator will develop and manage timelines, budgets, and channel deliverables, run review meetings with internal creative leads, and track feedback to facilitate necessary edits and updates with both internal and external creatives. Additionally, the Project Coordinator will proactively anticipate the needs of the creative team, support the "Pod" teams by ensuring accountability across channel deliverables, and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously across various brand initiatives. This role requires close collaboration with teams to coordinate project briefings and gather all necessary information. The Project Coordinator will also coordinate communications between "Pod" working teams and creative agencies to facilitate a smooth process for all involved. Upholding and enforcing team processes for effective execution, including cross-functional workflows, is essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end project and task management, including attending kickoff meetings and assessing resources, timelines, and execution plans with the Senior Manager.
  • Serve as liaison between Creative, Influencer, and Strategy/Marketing teams, as well as external partners.
  • Develop and manage timelines, budgets, and channel deliverables.
  • Run review meetings in partnership with internal creative leads and track feedback to facilitate edits/updates with internal and external creatives.
  • Manage external partner communication and ensure alignment on timeline, deliverables, and strategy expectations to meet briefs.
  • Collaborate actively with internal creative partners to communicate feedback to external partners and ensure updates are made according to creative leadership feedback.
  • Proactively anticipate creative team needs, both internally and externally.
  • Support the "Pod" teams by ensuring accountability across channel deliverables.
  • Manage multiple, complex projects at any given time across various brand initiatives.
  • Work closely with teams to coordinate briefings for projects and gather all necessary information and details.
  • Coordinate communications between "Pod" working teams and creative agencies to facilitate a frictionless process for all.
  • Learn and uphold/enforce team processes for effective execution, inclusive of cross-functional workflows and considerations.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in relevant field (Marketing, Project Management, Design, Business Management).
  • 5 years of experience in project management, trafficking or creative services, preferably in social media and digital channels.
  • Creative agency experience required.
  • Knowledge of video creation and production is highly preferred.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills to keep projects on track and on budget.
  • Positive attitude and proactive creative thinking.
