About the position

As a Digital Marketing Project Manager (CSM) at Direct Online Marketing, you will play a crucial role in developing and nurturing client-agency relationships through effective communication and project management. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all aspects of project management are coordinated on behalf of the client, while also working closely with internal marketing teams to deliver services that meet client goals.

Responsibilities

• Full ownership of the client-agency relationship, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
• Display a deep understanding of a client's business and facilitate team tasks to keep projects driven towards client goals.
• Provide timely client and internal communications.
• Develop detailed project tasks to guide clients, team members, and project teams to meet defined objectives.
• Develop and nurture relationships with internal team members to ensure alignment and address conflicts.
• Organize and prepare meetings, create agendas and recaps, facilitate meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a client-facing role and project management.
• Experience managing multiple clients in an agency or in-house at a larger company.
• Management of long-term projects involving multiple people and tasks with varying deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field, strongly preferred.
• Basic knowledge of PPC and SEO tactics and common KPIs.
• Intermediate knowledge of general marketing principles.
• Outstanding computer skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, detail-oriented, and work independently.
