About the position

The Digital Marketing Project Manager will lead and manage multiple projects within the Retail Wireless team at DISH, focusing on enhancing the Marketing Technology (MarTech) stack and improving marketing capabilities. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills to coordinate with various stakeholders and ensure successful project execution.

Responsibilities

  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Lead the execution of projects, ensuring that all tasks are completed as per the project plan.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications.
  • Engage with internal teams, including marketing, IT, and business units, as well as external vendors, to ensure alignment and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues.
  • Develop contingency plans and take corrective actions as needed to keep projects on track.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to allocate resources effectively.
  • Ensure that all project deliverables meet the required quality standards.
  • Oversee testing and validation processes, especially in relation to MarTech tools and their integration with other systems.
  • Prepare and present regular project status updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to assess the success of the project and gather lessons learned.
  • Continuously review and improve project management processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience in project management, particularly in technology or marketing-related projects.
  • Familiarity with Marketing Technology (MarTech) tools and platforms, such as Invoca, LiveRamp, Google Analytics, and Adobe Experience Cloud.
  • Experience managing projects involving cross-functional teams, vendors, and senior stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills, including proficiency with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Solid understanding of risk management, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Ability to analyze data and project performance metrics to drive informed decision-making.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
