About the position

The Digital Project Manager at Clixsy will oversee a variety of digital projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet high-quality standards. This role requires a blend of technical and soft skills to effectively manage cross-functional teams and communicate with stakeholders at all levels. The position is crucial for supporting the agency's expansion into new markets, particularly in the legal and home service industries.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full project lifecycle from scoping and planning to execution and final delivery.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and marketing specialists, ensuring smooth collaboration and communication.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including clients, C-suite executives, and technical staff.
  • Report directly to the COO, providing progress updates, managing project risks, and presenting solutions to ensure project goals are met.
  • Utilize project management tools (Gantt charts, ticketing systems, etc.) to track progress, allocate resources, and adjust timelines as necessary.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in project management, ideally in a digital or tech-focused environment (SEO, web development, software).
  • Strong problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
  • Experience with both Agile (SCRUM) and Waterfall project management methodologies.
  • Ability to understand and interpret basic coding languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP) to collaborate effectively with development teams.
  • Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets (macros, VLOOKUP, pivot tables) for project tracking and reporting.
  • Ability to manage complex projects, ensuring seamless execution across all phases, from planning through to client delivery.

Nice-to-haves

  • Basic coding skills or hands-on experience in UX/CRO or SEO.
  • Familiarity with WordPress and other popular content management systems.
  • Familiarity with Zapier, IFTTT, or other automation tools.
  • Experience with AI technologies and their application in digital workflows.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing practices, including customer touchpoints and analytics insights.
  • Comfortable working in both boutique and corporate environments.
