About the position

As a Mid Digital Marketing Project Manager at Seneca Resources, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional, white-glove creative project management support. Our vision is to ensure a consistent and positive experience for all stakeholders involved in our projects. You will be part of a team of Creative Agency Managers who are innovators in the process, constantly seeking opportunities to enhance efficiency and speed to market. This role requires you to leverage technology and automation, viewing obstacles as opportunities while striving for consistency in processes to facilitate smooth operations and effective change communication. Your superior executive presence will be essential as you communicate effectively across all levels of the organization. In this position, you will be responsible for organizing, prioritizing, and tracking work at both campaign and project levels. You will continuously develop and refine processes to enhance efficiency, manage risks, issues, and change requests, and communicate best practices and project readiness. Building and maintaining relationships with business partners at various organizational levels will be crucial, requiring excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills. You will conduct regular project meetings and maintain proactive communication with the project team, setting clear expectations for workflows, timing, and communication to ensure partner success. You will also apply proven approaches, tools, and techniques to manage and communicate changes in demands and priorities, enabling the project team to adapt effectively. Your focus will be on speed to market, quality of work, and the well-being of our talent. You will assess and scope the level of effort for roles throughout the project lifecycle, adjusting resources as necessary in response to project changes. Developing effective relationships, resolving conflicts, and building consensus will be key to your success in this role. Additionally, you will lead kickoffs and status meetings to drive alignment, clarity, and efficiency, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders and securing their buy-in through clear communication. Aligning creative marketing projects and campaigns with strategic business goals will be a critical aspect of your responsibilities. Your technical acumen will be vital as you possess a deep understanding of Workfront and creative processes across various mediums, including social, video, motion, print, and digital. Staying current with the latest technologies, products, and trends in project management and marketing will be essential as you balance technical capabilities with strategic business needs.

Requirements

  • Minimum of five years of project management experience within a creative or marketing agency.

  • Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
