About the position

At AmeriLife, we are seeking a Digital Marketing Project Manager who will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our digital marketing strategy. This position is essential for driving product demand and enhancing sales through innovative online marketing initiatives. The Digital Marketing Project Manager will lead tactical operations aimed at identifying additional sales channels, attracting traffic to our company website, and promoting a robust online presence. The successful candidate will utilize search engine optimization (SEO) analytics and search engine marketing (SEM) techniques to boost website traffic. They will be responsible for the development, curation, and deployment of engaging content that not only attracts visitors but also retains them, ultimately promoting sales. The role will involve employing various digital marketing channels, including social media, email, and mobile marketing campaigns, to reach our target audience effectively. In addition to managing marketing strategies, the Digital Marketing Project Manager will review online statistics, analyze marketplace trends, and apply best practices to optimize our online marketing performance. This position also includes managing subordinate staff, ensuring that project and departmental milestones are met, and adhering to approved budgets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing and a passion for driving results in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and implement the digital marketing strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or marketing-related field.
  • 5 years of professional experience in managing digital marketing, brand marketing, e-commerce, or social media businesses.
  • High degree of knowledge about the principles of integrated marketing.
  • In-depth knowledge of current digital trends and tools, including HubSpot.
  • 1 - 3 years of supervisory experience may be required.
  • Extensive knowledge of the function and department processes.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills.
  • Initiative-taking, results-oriented, and creative thinker with a passion for identifying opportunities.
  • Highly organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

  • Experience in content production is a plus.
