About the position

At AmeriLife, we are seeking a Digital Marketing Project Manager who will play a pivotal role in shaping our digital marketing strategy and executing tactical operations aimed at increasing product demand and enhancing sales. This position is crucial for identifying additional sales channels, attracting traffic to our company website, and promoting a robust online presence. The Digital Marketing Project Manager will utilize search engine optimization (SEO) analytics and search engine marketing (SEM) techniques to drive traffic to our website, ensuring that we remain competitive in a rapidly evolving industry. The successful candidate will lead the development, curation, and deployment of compelling content designed to attract, engage, and retain visitors, ultimately promoting sales. This role will also involve employing various digital marketing channels, including social media, email, and mobile marketing campaigns. The Digital Marketing Project Manager will be responsible for reviewing online statistics, marketplace trends, and best practices to optimize our online marketing performance continuously. In addition to managing the digital marketing strategy, this position will oversee subordinate staff, ensuring that their day-to-day performance aligns with departmental goals and project milestones. The Digital Marketing Project Manager will be tasked with ensuring that all projects adhere to approved budgets and timelines, making this a critical leadership role within our marketing department.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and implement the digital marketing strategy to increase product demand and enhance sales.
  • Lead tactical operations to identify additional sales channels and attract traffic to the company website.
  • Utilize SEO analytics and SEM techniques to drive website traffic.
  • Develop, curate, and deploy compelling content to engage and retain visitors.
  • Employ social media, email, and mobile marketing campaigns to promote sales.
  • Review online statistics, marketplace trends, and best practices to optimize online marketing performance.
  • Manage subordinate staff in their day-to-day performance and ensure project milestones are met.
  • Ensure adherence to approved budgets for projects and departmental goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or marketing-related emphasis.
  • 5 years of professional experience managing digital marketing, brand marketing, e-commerce, or social media businesses.
  • High degree of knowledge about the principles of integrated marketing.
  • In-depth knowledge of current digital trends and tools, including HubSpot.
  • 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.
  • Extensive knowledge of the function and department processes.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in content production is a plus.
  • Experience in the Insurance Industry is a plus.
