About the position

The Digital Marketing Project Manager at Coupa is responsible for managing marketing campaign projects from inception to completion. This role ensures alignment with organizational goals, budgets, and timelines while maintaining brand consistency across integrated marketing experiences. The position requires collaboration with various teams to define processes, campaign goals, and strategies, ultimately driving effective communication and execution of marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Manage marketing campaign projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with goals, budgets, teams, and timely execution.
  • Ensure defined processes, project management best practices, and brand consistency standards within connected and integrated marketing experiences.
  • Facilitate a programmatic development approach considering marketing campaigns, brand, content, and reporting.
  • Develop high-quality, high-value communications while streamlining excessive cycles that impact creativity, speed-to-value, and cost.
  • Collaborate with teams to define processes, campaign goals, KPIs, and channel strategies.
  • Manage all phases of marketing projects: planning, budgeting, resourcing, and execution.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to ensure integrated, cost-effective, seamless campaign execution.
  • Continuously improve marketing processes and propose new strategies.

Requirements

  • Strong experience managing complex marketing campaigns and projects, balancing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong collaboration skills to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
  • Creative and strategic thinker with problem-solving abilities.
  • Meticulous attention to project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Familiarity with Procurement, Finance, or Supply Chain industries preferred, SaaS experience a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in campaign project management, preferably in B2B or technology marketing.
  • Proficiency with tools like Asana, Microsoft Excel, Google Analytics, Marketo, Tableau, and Salesforce.

Nice-to-haves

  • Familiarity with Procurement, Finance, or Supply Chain industries preferred, SaaS experience a plus.
