Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day project management activities.
• Provide guidance on project management policies and processes.
• Collaborate with department leaders to develop projects and programs.
• Facilitate department planning and integration with cross-functional planning.
• Conduct project kick-offs, discovery meetings, stakeholder reviews, and follow-ups.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, files, standards, and templates.
• Communicate priorities, track progress, and coordinate across functions to ensure project milestones are completed on time.
• Prepare presentation decks and slides as required.
• Help define project scope and shape consistent work paths.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or supply chain, or 5+ years of experience managing web projects.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is highly preferred.
• Proven track record for planning, executing, and closing web projects.
• Experience managing the complete lifecycle of a web project with cross-functional teams of 5 to 25 people using AGILE and Lean methodologies.
• Strong skills in creating and maintaining web project and program plans, including risks, actions, issues, dependencies.
• Knowledge of benefits and dependency mapping, risk management, and resource planning.
• Ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels.
