About the position

The Digital Marketing Project Manager will report directly to the Senior Vice President of Digital Strategy & Experience and the Senior Vice President of Technology. This role is focused on stakeholder engagement, project coordination, and business accountability to ensure the timely and quality delivery of digital marketing workflows, particularly in mobile app environments.

Responsibilities

  • Regularly meet with key stakeholders across three key workflows to ensure alignment and accountability.
  • Facilitate discussions to articulate and map out necessary stage gates, timing, and decisions required to deliver on each workflow.
  • Coordinate with various teams, including content production, to ensure timely delivery of content that aligns with brand standards.
  • Provide business accountability to ensure workflows are completed efficiently despite stakeholders having multiple responsibilities.
  • Drive the enhancement of mobile apps home screen, coaching experience, and storefront content by ensuring all workflows are delivered on time and meet quality standards.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of professional project management experience
  • Proven experience in project management within digital marketing
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to articulate and map out project stages, project timing, and necessary decisions
  • Familiarity with content production processes and brand management
  • Experience working directly with executive stakeholders
  • Assertive, resilient, adaptable
  • Experience working in a mobile app environment, particularly mobile app workflows
