The Digital Marketing Project Manager at adQuadrant plays a crucial role in overseeing and managing the execution of marketing campaigns across various digital channels. This mid-level position requires collaboration with creative, strategy, and client partner teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget. The role emphasizes proactive communication, project management, and the ability to adapt to client needs while maintaining high-quality deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of several digital marketing projects.
• Maintain daily hot-sheets for various clients to ensure team alignment on priorities and deliverables.
• Project creative hours, anticipate risks, and adjust plans proactively to mitigate potential issues.
• Participate in client calls to provide real-time feedback on timelines and project statuses.
• Collaborate closely with external vendors & partners to manage and execute creative projects for organic social campaigns.
• Coordinate feedback and facilitate communication between internal teams and external partners.
• Post approved organic content on behalf of clients.
• Facilitate regular project status meetings and update stakeholders on project progress.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in digital marketing or advertising.
• Proven experience with project management platforms, preferably Asana.
• Experience working with a creative team in a digital environment.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and affiliates/influencers.
• Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and best practices.
• Strong understanding of creative production processes and performance analysis.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Nice-to-haves

• Familiarity with social commerce and organic social media strategies.
• Experience with various agile methodologies, including Scrum.
